Ryan Hesketh is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Vantry Capital, bringing 12 years of experience in corporate foreign exchange and commercial leadership. Throughout his career, he has built and scaled successful teams, driven significant revenue growth and led strategic expansion.

Combining commercial expertise with direct involvement in technology development, Ryan is the driving force behind Vantry ATI, the firm's proprietary treasury intelligence platform. He leads its strategic direction and development, translating complex treasury challenges into sophisticated analytical tools that bring institutional capabilities directly to corporate clients.

Harpreet Dhaliwal

Harpreet Dhaliwal is Managing Director, EMEA at Vantry Capital, leading the firm's expansion across the UK and European markets. With more than 15 years of experience in corporate FX and risk management, Harpreet has a strong track record of building commercial teams, developing new markets and managing complex currency requirements. At Vantry Capital, he is responsible for growing the EMEA business and bringing the firm's FX risk expertise and treasury technology to corporate clients across the region.

Chris Nicholson

Chris Nicholson is Senior Vice President, Commercial Partnerships at Vantry Capital, where he supports the strategic expansion initiatives. With more than 25 years of experience in the foreign exchange industry, Chris has held senior leadership roles across major MSBs and a Canadian Schedule I bank, helping clients manage FX exposure and build commercial relationships. At Vantry Capital, Chris focuses on developing strategic partnerships and expanding the firm's global presence.

Mike Bradica

Mike Bradica is Board Chair of Vantry Capital and a senior commercial executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across global consumer brands and growth-stage companies. He has held executive roles at Adidas Group Canada, Nike Canada, goba Sports Group, Springfree Trampoline, Revlon Canada, and Diageo Canada, with a track record spanning global sales leadership, operations, and governance.

Darren Richardson

Darren Richardson is the Head of Operations of Vantry Capital and has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, having success across multiple roles in dealing, management compliance, and operations. Darren resides in Toronto and has previous financial services experience in Australia and San Francisco.

Steve Holmes

Steven Holmes is the President and CEO of ICL Management Inc., an investment and management company. In his capacity at ICL, he's played a major role in the development of numerous business ventures, including Springfree Trampoline, goba Sports Group, Mateenbar Limited and ClubLink Corporation. Steve is a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management.
